Free Wi-Fi covers all areas, and every apartment has air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels, hardwood or parquet floors, a desk, a sofa, a wardrobe or closet, a clothes rack, linens and a socket near the bed. All rooms are non-smoking and the property is smoke free.

Each apartment has its own kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware and a dining table, together with a dining and seating area for meals prepared in the apartment.

Private bathrooms have a bath or shower, free toiletries, a hairdryer, towels, slippers, toilet paper and an additional toilet.

Front desk services include express check-in and check-out and an invoice on request. Family rooms, child safety socket covers and cribs on request suit families, and pets are allowed with possible charges. Fire extinguishers and key access cover safety, upper floors are reached by stairs only, and there is no parking at the property. The team speaks English, Croatian, Spanish, Dutch and Portuguese.
